• Challenge: A financial institution the size & caliber of NBAD in 2014 needed to communicate constantly & effectively to their 5,000+ employees, as well as to potential recruits. On another level, shareholders have to be kept abreast of the bank's financial status.
• Solution: Engaging employees required the creation and execution of an employer brand proposition & strategy centerd around one key idea; transformation. An internal brand identity look & feel was developed, in addition to the design and execution of all online & offline Employer Brand collaterals (including advertisements, exhibition stands, brochures, mobile apps, emailers, posters, and Head Office environment branding).
